We deliver effective water based, corporate team building sailing events for all levels of employees. Offshore and inshore corporate sailing for enhancing leadership team building skills in executives is a speciality. Luxury sailing yacht charter is available for all of our events. We can also arrange local sailing hotel venues for accommodation, plus suitable sailing conference venues.
For those who want to experience more adventurous corporate team building days on the water, we offer a selection of motor boat experiences. These include inflatable rib power boats and Zap Cats. One popular, adrenaline packed event is our rib treasure hunt which takes place in a Solent / Isle of Wight setting at racing speeds. This rib treasure hunt is truly a creative outdoor corporate team building challenge, packed with riddles and clues.
Team building events can also be conducted over a number of days and these take the form of adventure corporate sailing events. These activities provide the opportunity to work together with qualified sailing instructors and to explore wider geographical areas along the Solent. The more adventurous may wish to consider corporate yacht charter for trans- Atlantic crossings or for Caribbean sailing. Sea Business also has the ability to arrange yacht race entries for teams who would like to enter some of the main yacht racing events of the year.
